Description
As a UX/UI Designer at Telepass, I crafted user-centered, mobile-first designs for the company’s main website, ensuring seamless user experiences aligned with the brand’s identity and goals.
Context
The project focused on enhancing the Telepass website through thoughtful updates, achieved via collaboration with UX Writers, Data Entry specialists, and stakeholders to meet both user needs and business objectives.
Challenge
At Telepass, turning an idea into a reality is a journey that blends creativity, strategy, and precision. The process starts with ideation, where customer needs and innovative thinking shape the foundation of the concept. This idea is then refined through rigorous analysis, development, and testing to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
🔍 Phase 1: Analysis
The first step was translating business directives into engaging user experiences. As part of the design team, I analyzed each project from a UX perspective, crafting intuitive interfaces and tailored copy that aligned with strategic goals. This phase ensured that every digital touchpoint was both user-friendly and effective.

Once the analysis was complete, we developed a detailed strategy to enhance usability and visual impact. By conducting assessments and implementing targeted actions, we optimized functionality and user engagement. This systematic approach ensured every product exceeded expectations while staying aligned with business objectives.

In the final phase, we focused on perfecting the design through usability testing and quality checks. Every component was meticulously verified to ensure seamless integration into the live environment. This stage was critical in delivering a frictionless experience that met both user needs and company standards.

A key challenge was adopting a mobile-first mindset to ensure designs were clear and user-friendly across all devices. By documenting our design system and focusing on mobile layouts, frames, and components, we delivered an experience that felt seamless on smartphones and tablets alike.

In the fast-paced digital world, redesigns are essential to stay competitive. At Telepass, we approached redesigns by analyzing user behavior through data-driven insights. This allowed us to refresh interfaces, improve UX flows, and integrate new technologies while preserving the product’s core essence. The goal was always to strike a balance between innovation and familiarity—revitalizing products to meet evolving user expectations without losing what made them successful.
Process
The development of the public Telepass website was a collaborative and iterative process where teamwork was key to success. Business stakeholders first outlined strategic objectives and priorities, which were then refined into actionable plans by the Project Manager (PM) and Product Owner (PO). Together, they ensured that the project aligned with both user needs and business goals while adopting a mobile-first approach as a guiding principle.
As a UX/UI Designer, I worked closely with UX Writers, Designers, and Data Entry specialists to bring these plans to life. My role involved translating strategic requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs that balanced functionality with brand identity. Collaboration was essential: I partnered with UX Writers to ensure that copy and visuals complemented one another, creating interfaces that were both engaging and easy to navigate. At the same time, I coordinated with Data Entry specialists to guarantee that content was accurately integrated into the designs.
Throughout the process, I actively contributed to usability testing and iterative refinements, ensuring that every design decision enhanced the overall user experience. This close interaction with the team allowed us to align our efforts, combining creativity and precision to deliver a seamless website experience. The result was a product that reflected collective expertise while meeting both user expectations and business objectives.
Turning Challenges into Collaborative Solutions
One of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of the project was addressing a specific business request that, while entirely legitimate, was unfeasible in its original terms. The proposed solution from the stakeholders aimed to achieve key objectives but presented significant limitations in terms of usability and overall design coherence. This situation required a proactive approach of dialogue, mediation, and collaboration to ensure both business goals and user needs were met.
As a team, we initiated an open discussion with the stakeholders to fully understand their vision and priorities. By leveraging our expertise in UX/UI design, we presented alternative solutions that addressed their goals while improving usability and interface clarity. To bridge the gap between their expectations and our recommendations, we created detailed prototypes and interactive examples. These allowed us to visually demonstrate how our approach could not only meet their requirements but also enhance the user experience.
To validate our proposals, we conducted dedicated usability tests comparing the original business-requested solution with our refined version. The results highlighted the strengths of our approach, showcasing improved navigation, clearer interfaces, and greater user satisfaction. Through this journey, I gained a deeper understanding of how collaboration can elevate the quality of a product.
